Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £40 per person is required to confirm your booking, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation without insurance.  Insurance will be applied to the full booking and is available at £4 per person (cancellation up to 9am on day prior to arrival).  Insurance must be purchased at time of booking, please ask reception for conditions.

Insurance is not available for any golf courses booked; refunds are at the discretion of the golf courses not the hotel.

Guests are welcome to arrive at any time, check-in is from 3pm and rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available.

ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE SETTLED ON ARRIVAL

A swipe of a credit/debit card is mandatory upon arrival.

Any outstanding balances must be paid on departure.

If you do not wish to bring your own towels for the beach and the swimming pools they are available to hire from Reception.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the discretion of the management, a charge of £8 per night is payable.  The hotel does not provide dog bedding or food, dogs are not permitted to sleep on any hotel bedding.  No dogs are permitted in any public areas.

Personal belonging are the responsibility of their owners. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property.

The hotel retains the right to charge customers for breakages and damage to any hotel property.  This right will extend to cleaning charges where rooms are left in an unreasonable state at the end of your stay.
