This August also sees the return of global chart topper Jack Johnson. The Hawaiian born musician, filmmaker and surfer announced details of a headline show at Watergate Bay, Newquay on Saturday July 5.
Special guests on the show will be the uber cool G Love and Special Sauce, who will be bringing their blues infused hip hop back to Cornwall after a sell out headline show in 2007.
Joining the line up will the hugely talented singer songwriter Mason Jennings, who was recently featured as a ‘treasured track’ for Luke Pritchard from the Kooks in the NME.
For the Newquay show only, local musician Neil Halstead (Mojave 3) will be performing on the stunning cliff top location overlooking Watergate Bay, home to Cornwall’s biggest music event, ‘The ‘Rip Curl Boardmasters Unleashed music festival’.
